Wine of the Week - Courtesy of House Wine

2006 Ricossa, Barbera d’Asti DOC, Italy
Barbera is Piedmont’s most widely planted grape variety. Once the workhorse of the region, it now produces exciting and vibrant wine packed with personality. Ricossa has appealing juicy black plum flavours, and vibrant acidity. It marries like a charm with tomato based pasta. Also a great addition to your picnics when served slightly chilled with baguette, cured meat and cheeses. Outstanding value!
$15.97 (BC CSPC # #457135)
